As our servers are based in Australia, all content that is a violation of the laws within Australia is prohibited. This includes Illegal/Hacking material, "Warez" and Pornography. This may also include content that is considered by a concerned party as "offensive" or slanderous. Its-myhome will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Our email servers may not be used to send unsolicited messages and/or content of any kind. This includes Bulk emailing of advertisement material also known as SPAM. All email messages sent must conform to our Content guidelines outlined in Section 1. Its-myhome has no control over the content of incoming emails and so cannot be held responsible for any emails received to a customer's account.

Its-myhome guarantees each customer an even share of the system resources. Any action which interferes with and/or causes degradation of resources to other customers is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
